Authorities have recovered the body of a boy from the Blanco River in rural Hays County.
The river went on a flash-flood rampage early Sunday, destroying homes. The recovery of the boy's body brings the Central Texas confirmed death toll from floods to 10. A Hays County statement says it's unclear whether the child is on the county's list of those missing from the storm.
